Privacy policy
This policy sets out what we collect through this site, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your company name, the number of people, your sector, your work email, your phone number if you give it, and the text describing your situation. This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no behavioural tracking.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to any newsletter, and we neither sell nor rent your information.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months after our last exchange, then destruction. If you become a client, your information falls under the retention terms of the contract.
Who has access
The people at Vantelis IT who handle incoming requests. The form is delivered by an email intake service acting as our processor, which does not use your information for other purposes. The list of our processors is available on request.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, by writing to info@vantelis.ca. We reply within thirty days. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Privacy incident
If an incident affecting your information presents a risk of serious injury, we notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we log the incident in our register.
